What is liveSite?
liveSite is a website platform made by Camelback Consulting, Inc. It combines a content management system with forms, membership areas, blogs, forums, calendars and e-commerce. The vendor open-sourced its Community Edition under the MIT license in 2017. Its most recent community release listed is 2019.1.
Project status: The last community-edition release listed on the official site and on Softaculous is version 2019.1 (February 2019), so there has been no release in over three years. The vendor, Camelback Consulting, still operates its website and hosted service. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.
