I am a web Developer and so I need multiple hosting services as per my client’s requirement ranging from shared hosting services to dedicated servers. I decided to give them a try, I started with their very basic package for an Annual billing cycle for 1 of my client’s website, it was a simple Business site with less traffic, so it worked quite well. Whenever there was any issue with the site, I had a chat with their support team and to my amazement, they were quite fast in responding, there was no wait time on their chat, they always went a mile further to help me and sort out the issues. As I was Impressed, I decided to try their service with a couple of more sites of my client’s which went quite well as their support team provides free migration. The only issues we had was with the emails not going through, but that was fixed instantly by the team. However, one of my client decided to cancel the hosting service as he did not want to pay for it but host it on one of his friends server for free, but I had already purchased the server on Annual basis not even 10 days ago for him. I discussed this with Hostripples team and I was struck with happiness as I found out they had a 30 day money back guarantee. I immediately placed the cancellation request; I was already informed that it would take some time for the refund, so I patiently waited for a couple of days and got the refund without any follow-ups. Yes It took 5 days for them to refund, but I was happy that I received it. Not many companies do it. So the overall experience with Hostripples is pleasant and the server performance is also good. It is value for money.

I have been using Hostripples since 2017, and have hosted 4 domains on their Servers, and of course bought the domains from Hostripples as well. Other than value for money, what actually shines through is their engagement, whether it is to their Support (the technical stuff), Sales (worth chatting to get the best value), and Billing (this is the Accounting department, useful in case you loose emails or details of your purchases).
