Prices on our website and in the cart are the plan price. At checkout, a payment processing fee of 4.96% is added to the total; it covers the card and payment network charges, and the invoice shows it on a separate line.

The plan pages say this under the price too, next to the amount billed today. Nothing else is added: there is no setup fee on our hosting plans.
